Stephane Pique - Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer
Stephane Pique is the co-founder, COO and Vice-President EMEA of the RFIDba. Stephane started with RFID in 1993 and was working for several companies such as Philips Semiconductors, Kudelski, Sokymat, Global ID, Seeburger, GS1 and workes since many years as an independent RFID consultant working for several Governments and multi-national companies. His business experience brought him to the position of knowing RFID from all necessary components such as the chip, the transponder and card, the middleware and data management up to the complete RFID solution and processes. Stephane was speaking at more than 80 major RFID shows around the world and is also member of the OSEC pool of experts mandated by the Swiss State Secretary of Economical Affairs (seco). He is also the initiator and project coordinator of several EU funded and EU supported RFID related projects.
Uwe Quiede - Chief Operating Officer
Uwe is senior consultant at TAILORIT GmbH, a German consultant company supporting textile retailers and suppliers in discovering and realizing process and business optimization within the supply chain. Uwe is responsible for all RFID topics at TAILORIT. Currently he is the project manager of the RFID programs, realized by 2 retailers and brand owners in Germany. Before joining TAILORIT in June 2009 Uwe was responsible for different RFID projects at GALERIA Kaufhof, a German department store chain. He was also the project manager for the RFID BRIDGE project which ended in 2009. Finaly he was co-chair of the Apparel Fashion and Footwear working group at GS1 EPCglobal and forced the standardization of fashion related processes.

Santiago Depares is on the auto-ID market and traceability of products for over 22 years, choosing definitively by the RFID in 2003. He specializes in make easy the RFID for end-user, developing practical solutions for industry and business, having deployed more than 2,000 identification and traceability projects covering a wide range of markets among them apparel, food, health and logistics. He develops middleware solutions which provide business intelligence on the RFID data to optimize business processes and take advantage of this technology. He understands the important role that RFID will play in today's globalized world to streamline and simplify the supply chain, obtaining and sharing information in real time automated. In his person converging technological knowledge and business knowledge, this leads him to be practical at the time of applying RFID to real life.
